WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS or EXCHANGE POLICY? 

 

 We are more than happy to CREDIT any unworn swimwear for another size, style or colour within 14 days, after the inspection of goods. 

For REFUNDS applies same rules just within 14 days after purchase.

 

The following applies:

  • Must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. 
  • Unworn items must be returned in original packaging with swim tags and garment bag and with no impact of wearing.
  • We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.
  • We do NOT accept returns on sale or promo code items. 
  • We do NOT Return Underwear & Silk Dresses.
  • All sale items are NOT exchangeable or refundable.

 

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
If you've met the above requirements, you may submit a return request through our e-mail writing the reason of return & writing your order number : sales@makarawear.com
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the Return Request e-mail is sent.
A customer service representative will get back to you in 24 hours with an approval email. This email will include the RA number, Lithuanian or Indonesian return address.  Please note our offices operate during the weekdays, so any requests sent over the weekend will be addressed on Monday. Please make sure product is in the same condition as received.

Please choose the shipping carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a traceable postal service to return your goods, as we are not liable for the loss of your item being returned.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We attempt to process all returns as soon as they arrive at our HQ. Please wait for an email confirming your credit code details.
 
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY? 
In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item, please email us at with your order number sales@makarawear.com and we will promptly assist to resolve the issue.
