What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Paypal.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.It’s all protected by PAYPAL security services and your bank or card system.
How long will my order take to arrive ?
Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Domestic ( Standard Register post)takes from 1-3 weeks and Express delivery takes from 2-10 days ( as Covid -19 situation can take it longer than usual now days).
How much do I pay for delivery service?
Standard delivery – 10$
Express delivery – 30$
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped out, we will send you an e-mail providing you with a tracking number.You can follow your package on the post website.
What is Standard shipping?
If you have chosen Standard Post delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the post web page). If the package didn't reach you in 3 weeks, please contact your local post with your tracking number that we provided, usually it's in a post, but they didn't deliver to your home because they didn't find you at your house on first time delivery.
What is the Express process?
If you have chosen express delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier’s web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.
Please note some countries sometimes receives taxes on top, it happens rare, but it does happen.
Do I have to pay for exchange/return services?
When returning or exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
You have 7 calendar days to exchange an item. Please ensure it has all the original tags attached.
MAKARA WEAR reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
At the moment of COVID-19 we don't do exchanges and returns, during this period.
Can I exchange or return any item?
Yes, as long as it is in perfect condition and has all its labels on it. Keep the following exceptions in mind:
If the product bought with discount code, or on sale or it's on promo - it' can't be returned or exchanged.
