hi' its beutiful and i love it but i think the size is a litle small. i am usualy size S and it feels very thight.

This is my second suit from here and I still want more! The lilac color is beautiful. I added cups and conversing with customer service regarding price and size was easy and they are so friendly. I am wearing a medium. I’m 5’6” and about 125lbs. I feel great wearing this!
Like all other Makara swimsuit these are super quality and flattering!! I got a M last year, the back opening is very wide so I wasn't sure if I'd keep it. This summer started working out more and feel more confident about the open back thing 🥰. I have another swimsuit from Makara and planning on getting more!
The burnt orange color is gorgeous! Love the fit on my body. I am between sizes M and L and I sized up to L which fitted me perfectly. I requested for paddings and the team was kind enough to oblige. I switched out the removable padding provided with a much thinner one and the fit was perfect after the switch.

I absolutely love this swimsuit. I have the black one of the same style and I've had it for over five years and it's still like new. Excellent quality, beautiful shaping, and very pleased that the double lining provides full coverage and no transparency when wet in white. The white color is a bit too blue-toned for my taste normally, but I imagine it will work well as the white starts to age and naturally pick up a warmer tone. You can tell it was made to last and is a super flattering silhouette.
The clasp at the top will not stay done. Otherwise the swimsuit fits great- so it’s not because it’s too small, it’s something with the suit itself. Did not realize I couldn’t exchange or return if I used a discount code. Will not be purchasing from nor recommend buying from this company. If you spend that much on a swimsuit, you should have piece of mind it will fit.
The fabric cuts in slightly around the inner thighs. The metal clutch doesn't close smoothly.

The open scale one piece is great! I mainly went for it because I needed total support for my larger chest. I feel totally held in which is exactly what I wanted. Only flaw is it digs in a little bit at the armpit but so far it hasn’t kept me from wearing it. I bet that’s only a problem for large chested people. I am 5’6 145 lbs curvy/athletic build 34 E
I was eyeing off this piece for ages and finally bought it. I carefully checked the size chart before buying it, and I should easily fit into a Medium. Unfortunately, this was way too small. I could barely out it on. It had just gone on sale so I won't be able to return it. It does look good quality material, but the orange is more "orange" and less classy burnt orange.

The design is absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately the fabric is not very elastic so it hurts my shoulders when swimming. I should have looked more into the fabric before purchasing.

Everyone be aware: making returns or exchanges is impossible. I tried to make an exchange and it costs the price of the suit just to send back bc it's in Indonesiq: around $145. So I'm stuck with this suit. However, It is a nice suit.
Unfortunately it was to small. However I loved everything about it. I can’t tell if it’s just the style and a larger size would fit better😄

Sustainability became a major part of our journey three years ago. I believe that waste reduction and conscious consumption are the only way to a better future. Most of our items are created with a zero-waste formula, meaning we use extra fabric to create beautiful accessories like scrunches, or even bikini bottoms.
I’m also a big believer in giving back. For two years, we partnered with Bali Food Bank, a charity I co-founded on the island to provide nourishment to impoverished families. Now, we’re also supporting Ukrainian families in need, with plans to contribute to reef and rainforest organizations in the near future. In Bali, we love to participate in beach cleanups, and support local Indonesian surfers - they truly inspire us with their passion, force, and will.
